Thursday 16 and Friday, December 17 we sit quietly, doing some shopping for the equipment of our apartment. Of course, this accommodation is not "typical local" for me it is a guarantee of security for the extended stay in Cambodia where I find all the western comfort.

Dès que Channa a su que nous étions à Phnom Penh, elle a accouru avec enfants et mari... tout ce petit monde semblait nous avoir quitté la veille !
Nous avons passé un moment avec Anne Marie Vice Présidente de l'Association " Eléphant Blanc " Un autre moment de retrouvaille intense... Pascale, notre Présidente qui aurait bien voulu partager ce verre de l'amitié we had the pleasure and surprise call us while we were together.

To reach them, Dr. Saran, responsible for the structure " The Refuge", had kindness to move us back.
En route Saran helped us in choosing the clothes we wanted to bring to children. Guylaine and Joel had given us gifts for toddlers. I was happy to know, Claudia moved to restore well grown since the terrible accident that had put them on their way to Pascale and her in February 2009 while their parents were to leave them in a horrific motorcycle accident on the roads hell in the Cambodian capital.

We spent the day at the Refuge with the children but also the admirable Dr Sameth.
Sameth Saran and two Cambodians who lived in Paris for "civil war" and that back home, fully dedicated to children but also to disadvantaged families.
